We offer free shipping all over Australia using Australia Post with parcel tracking.

Average delivery times 3-5 working days.

Express shipping ($5) is available in checkout.

We will get all stock items shipped to you within 1-3 business days.

Made to orders will be shipped within 5-10 business days

For international shipping

We use Australia Post with parcel tracking. (Some other couriers where applicable)

Please contact us if you can not find your country's shipping options at the checkout.

Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. 

Returns

 You can return an item by sending it back in their original packaging with the invoice within 14 days of receiving your order. (made to order products are not eligible for return.)

Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in perfect condition. No return will be accepted if returned items have been used or damaged by the buyer.

Once we receive your item, you will be notified if your return is approved at the discretion of our team. Buyers are responsible for shipping and handling charges.

If a product arrives damaged or defective, please email photos of fault to kossalii.design@gmail.com, along with your proof of purchase. The faulty items will be assessed by our team and we will repair or send you a replacement. If a replacement is not possible we offer a full refund.
